Delisa Hernandez Reid

Since November 2019, I have been a community resident and financial TCA member. I have more than thirty (30) years of professional experience successfully leading very large (1,000 member workforces), diverse, and multi-functional organizations within the US Federal Government and managing contracts, projects, and programs with multi-billion dollar budgets and complex schedules.  By leveraging my professional experience and leadership skills, I will identify the common interests, expectations, and requirements among our community members and then determine and negotiate viable solutions to address and/or resolve them by strengthening relationships and/or partnerships, building trust, demonstrating transparency, and promoting collaboration.
